Hedgerow is pleased to announce that we have had the quickest take up of clients upgrading to one of the latest versions of Hedgehog that we can remember. A recent survey shows that almost 70% of our clients are running version 1.1.94.537, 1.1.95.538 or 1.1.96.539. Since 1.1.96.539 was released 3 months ago we have had nearly 1/4 of clients upgrade to take advantage of new functionality and fixes available and we are aware of 2 more clients that are in the process of testing and upgrading. A graph is displayed below showing the percentage of clients using different versions for your interest.
Of note is the interesting fact that the number of support tickets for our latest versions is much lower than those for prior versions; further evidence that Hedgehog is more stable than before. We'll work on some more metrics to show this to you, but this is encouraging for now!
