Time Tracking

The Time Tracking Module, also known as the Workload Management Module, can be configured to track time for administrative functions as well as event-triggered functions. Event-triggered functions are configured to automatically update a user’s timesheet when a certain event is entered in the HES applications. For example, a client may configure the Time Tracking Module to add a time record to an employee’s timesheet whenever a certain type of inspection is performed or whenever a certain action taken is selected as an outcome of the Inspection Report. Time elements can also be project-based. Since time can be captured at the facility level, management can easily break down how much time is being spent under the different categories or even at individual facilities.
