The Sampling Module can be configured to maintain any type of sample the client would like to track including, but not limited to: Food samples, Air Quality samples, Soil samples, Sewage samples, Bacteriological Water samples, Chemical Water samples, etc. All parameters, limits and tests are user-defined. Tests can be configured to allow for interpretations of the results on a per-parameter/per-limit type basis and can even have different interpretations based on result ranges. Triggers can be configured on each test type to automatically email specified people when results are deemed exceptional. Recent modifications to the Sampling module have enhanced it for use in tracking water quality. These enhancements include new sample site and other attributes at the facility level, and an improved Requisitions Management sub-system. There is even an automated import available for retrieving samples from the laboratories. |
