The WebData package is a series of server-based programs that run either manually or on a scheduled basis to extract data from the highly complex relational structure of the Hedgehog database and place it in a separate database in a flattened format.

Content of the website, in terms of what kind of premises in particular locations, and specific inspection types are managed by the Hedgehog Application Administrator, who will configure some master tables that map your commonly used terminology into names that the members of your public will understand.
Once the web database is populated with the disclosure data, your web developer(s) will need to review the database structure and write code to use the data and display it in a web page that you’ll define. Your website will be in your control, but upgrades to Hedgehog may introduce issues with the web site and your developer(s) may need to update the web pages to work with the new version.
