Application Developers should have 3 years of experience programming in a Microsoft Visual Studio .Net environment, and other programming languages would be an asset. Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and 2005 would be beneficial, and strong SQL skills and attention to detail are required. Eastern Canada Office, Kitchener, ON Software Support... Successful candidates will be responsible for superior application support via telephone and email, application testing and documentation, and will have a strong background in Customer Support. Attention to detail and analytical skills are essential, and strong SQL skills would be an asset. Business Analysis... Business Analysts are involved in a variety of activities supporting the release, management and implementation of a market-leading software product, including managing release activities, understanding and modeling requirements for future development, and implementation support for new clients. Additionally, a Business Analyst will be required to assist with support issues, and may be required to travel to client sites to provide training sessions. Attention to detail and analytical skills are essential, and it would also be an asset to have strong SQL skills. Database Analysts... Database Analysts would be required to have solid demonstrable experience with Microsoft SQL Server version 2000 and later, including the management of a database environment including any of these versions. Additionally, the DBA will have strong SQL skills in the creation of simple scripts through to complex stored procedures used in the generation of reports and other output formats. Experience with the conversion of data between different versions of an application, and also between two applications with a different database structure would be highly desired. Responsibilities would include the support of implementation staff in database conversion activities, development of stored procedures used in report generation, and other development related activities, as well as the support and mentoring of support staff in troubleshooting issues that require database interrogation.
