Today was a day of shadowing with Richard Macdonald of the Hamilton Environment Health Unit. Jason and Geoff, Hedgerow's illustrious support gurus, spent the day with Richard observing Hedgehog in action. Thank goodness they don't have new aspirations to become inspectors because we need them here!
Well, we asked, and Richard delivered. It's always nice to be able , as support people, to spend some time in the field with the people who actually use our software.
