Tired of the standard battleship grey screens?  With a look and feel that harmonizes web browsing with Office, Hedgehog.Net takes environmental health information management to a whole new level.

Security

Hedgehog.Net uses the same role-based security management using that Classic provides with an optional tie into Windows authentication.  This allows you to login to Hedgehog.Net seamlessly using your existing Windows login credentials…no need to remember an additional user name and password!

 Effective

Like Hedgehog Classic, Hedgehog.Net has been designed with inspectors in mind.  With even further streamlined workflows, you can do more with less – fewer clicks to get the work done.  And with OVER 200 REPORTS in the application, you can quickly and accurately report on your business. Don’t like the reports that are available, you can also write your own reports with an end user report designer which is built-in to Hedgehog.Net.  No need to purchase, hire or train someone with any third party reporting software.  After you have created your own, save it to the report catalogue and you’ll have canned and custom reports all in the same place.

 Industry Standard Technology

Hedgehog.Net is based on an application infrastructure that takes advantage of advancements in modern technology. Replication and synchronization services are provided by SQL Server Compact Edition, we’re using some great components for User Interface to allow custom page layouts, and all of this is built on the latest version of the Microsoft.NET Framework.

 Mobile

Working out in the field means you may not always have a connection to the office.  Hedgehog.Net takes care of connectivity issues by storing your currently open workflows locally when a connection doesn’t exist.  When reconnected, Hedgehog.Net will synchronize your offline work automatically and make it all available to the whole organization, meaning you’ll never be unable to complete that inspection or complaint investigation again, no matter whether you’re connected to your network or not.

 User Friendly

Workflows make for a logical way to get through your daily work. When you run Hedgehog.Net, getting your job done will seem so much easier because if you follow the workflow through it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. For example, to perform an inspection you’ll click the workflow called “Perform an Inspection”. How difficult can it get?
